Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping on orders above $45, and free express shipping on orders above $75.

For orders below the shipping threshold, a $8.50 flat rate will be applied for standard shipping, and $14.50 for express shipping.

At this time we only ship within the United States.

Processing and shipping times
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed. All shipments are sent via trackable services and are expected to take 3-5 days for standard shipping service, and 1-2 for express. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Changes and cancellations
If you would like to make any modifications to your order, please contact hello@skinilluminate.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We cannot make any changes or cancellations to your order once a shipping confirmation has been issued. Discounts and promotions cannot be applied toward previous orders and we are unable to make manual changes with discount codes.

Lost or damaged shipments
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received, however, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to help you locate your package. If your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact us at hello@skinilluminate.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving for further assistance.
