Shipping policy

Free standard shipping on all US orders. Express shipping is available for a flat $14.50. We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days; express takes 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Clearance sale
Our current stock has a best-before date of end of October 2026. The last day to order is October 18, 2026.

Changes and cancellations
Because we ship quickly, please contact hello@skinilluminate.com as soon as possible if you need to change your order. We can't make changes once a shipping confirmation has been sent. Discounts can't be applied to previous orders.

Lost or damaged shipments
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email hello@skinilluminate.com with your order number (and photos of any damage) within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or a full refund. We can't replace orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
